Why I built this

I was losing money not because the signals were bad, but because I kept missing them. I would be in a meeting, driving, or asleep when the alert came through, and by the time I opened my broker the entry was gone. I built SignalFlow to close that gap for my own cTrader account — a relay that listens to Telegram and executes my rules the moment the signal arrives.

After running it for months on my own account, I realised the operational load of one user versus five users is almost identical. The same parser, the same risk engine, the same infrastructure. So I am opening five managed slots to other traders who want the same thing: their signals, their account, their rules — just executed without the manual bottleneck.

This is not a fund. I do not manage your money, pick your signals, or take a cut of your trades. You pay a flat monthly subscription for the automation infrastructure. That is it.

Supported signal channels: Trader Vip, Gold Signals, FX Premium

Frequently asked questions

What is SignalFlow?
SignalFlow is automation infrastructure for trading signals. You bring your own Telegram signal channels, your own cTrader broker account, and your own risk rules. SignalFlow listens to the channels you follow and executes your rules on your account. It is not an advisor, not a fund, and not a signal service — it is the automation layer between your signals and your broker.
Does SignalFlow choose which signals to follow?
NOT a signal publisher, vendor, curator, or rater. SignalFlow does not generate, sell, curate, rank, or rate Telegram signal channels. It relays what the user has independently chosen to follow. The user could switch to a completely different set of channels tomorrow without consulting the operator.
Does the operator manage my trades?
NOT discretionary account management. The operator does not exercise investment discretion over any user's broker account. The execution rules, signal sources, and risk limits are all user-set. The operator's role is limited to running software that carries out the user's predefined rules.
How is SignalFlow paid?
A fixed monthly subscription only — $129/mo (USD) or R1,999/mo (ZAR). No performance fees, no profit share, no success fee, no high-water mark, no AUM fee, no commission on trades. The subscription is the same whether your account is up, flat, or down.
Which broker do I need?
SignalFlow currently supports cTrader only. Your broker must offer cTrader as a platform. During onboarding we connect via cTrader's official OAuth2 flow — you click Authorize inside cTrader and SignalFlow never sees your password.
How do I cancel?
If you pay via Stripe (USD), use the Stripe Billing Portal link in your subscription confirmation email — one click, no operator involvement. If you pay via Paystack (ZAR), email david@encounterchurch.co.za and cancellation is processed immediately. Your relay stops at the end of the billing period.
Where does my money go?
Your trading capital stays in your own broker account in your own name at all times. NOT a fund, pool, or collective investment scheme. NOT a custodian. SignalFlow never holds user funds and is never named on a broker account. The only money that flows to SignalFlow is the monthly subscription fee.
Is SignalFlow available in the United States?
No. For regulatory reasons (SEC and CFTC jurisdiction), SignalFlow cannot accept US customers. US visitors are geo-blocked at the edge. If you believe you are seeing this message in error, please email david@encounterchurch.co.za.

Risk disclosure

Trading leveraged instruments carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance of any signal channel, strategy, or instrument is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your deposited capital. SignalFlow does not recommend any specific signal channel, strategy, instrument, or risk setting — those choices are yours. If in doubt, seek independent advice from a licensed adviser in your jurisdiction before trading.

What SignalFlow is NOT

The positioning below is non-negotiable and must be reflected verbatim on every user-facing surface.

  • NOT financial advice. SignalFlow does not recommend instruments, strategies, signal channels, entries, exits, or position sizing to any user. A user who asks "which channel should I follow?" is told to make that choice independently and, if appropriate, to seek advice from a licensed adviser in their jurisdiction. Crossing into advice would bring the product into FSCA Category I — out of scope.
  • NOT discretionary account management. The operator does not exercise investment discretion over any user's broker account. The execution rules, signal sources, and risk limits are all user-set. The operator's role is limited to running software that carries out the user's predefined rules. Discretion would bring the product into FSCA Category II — out of scope.
  • NOT compensated on user results. Operator compensation is a fixed monthly subscription and is not linked to user account performance in any way. No profit share, no success fee, no high-water mark, no AUM fee, no commission on trades. This separation is the key regulatory boundary that distinguishes execution-automation software from portfolio management.
  • NOT a signal publisher, vendor, curator, or rater. SignalFlow does not generate, sell, curate, rank, or rate Telegram signal channels. It relays what the user has independently chosen to follow. The user could switch to a completely different set of channels tomorrow without consulting the operator.
  • NOT a fund, pool, or collective investment scheme. Every user's capital stays in that user's own broker account in that user's own name at all times.
  • NOT a custodian. SignalFlow never holds user funds and is never named on a broker account.
